New members are always welcome. To become a member, submit a completed membership application (available below for downloading) along with a check made out to the Church of the Living Spirit, to the Pastor or a member of the Board personally or via mail. If mailing it, send application & check to the Church of the Living Spirit, 3736 W. Wahalla Lane, Glendale, AZ 85308. The Board of Directors will review your application and vote on your admission.
The membership fees for new members is $24. Membership is for one calendar year. Church members normally renew their membership in the beginning of each year. After the first year, membership renewals are $24 annually. Renewals are not prorated. If financial circumstances make this a hardship for you, please indicate that on your application.

If the applicant is from another NSAC Spiritualist church, a completed NSAC Transfer form is necessary.

You may vote only if your membership is current. We request that you accompany your membership fee with this form to help us keep an accurate member list. It will also help in keeping our Membership Directory
